Winnie's Nursery School

This is Ida Mia Clinckx with the families of the teachers Alhagie Lamin and Omar in Jambanjelly.

Headmaster Alhagie Lamin (in the middle) and teacher Omar (on the right) have founded this nursery school by theirselves and have managed it alone so far. But they are looking out for help and sponsors. Of course, Mia has promised her support here as well :-) She knows Mr. Omar from the Kobisala Nursery School, where he gave lessons in Arabian language.

This is Winnie's Nursery School, when it had started...just some benches under trees.

But meanwhile this school got a roof and looks like this:

25 children are in this class....

Some words about this school by the headmaster himself:

THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEART !

Mr. Lamin has kindly handed us over some interesting information on papers, which describes the urgent needs of this Nursery School and the education situation in The Gambia in general.
